Cat has had a deep love of photography that began as a tiny girl growing up in Central Florida. She is known as a photographer with an ability to see the beauty of a world which people sometimes fail to notice in their fast paced lifestyles. She strives to capture the strength of an alligator, the intensity of a musician, the quiet peacefulness of the Florida swamps and wetlands, the ethereal beauty of a cemetery or the history of lives passed from a small town or city. It is not unusual for her to stop whatever she is doing and begin shooting when a scene sparks an emotion within her.

Cat has always been fascinated with black and white imagery. She feels with black and white, the viewer is able to share the true drama of her work and at the same time experience their own emotions without getting lost in a blur of colors.

Cat continues to expand her knowledge of photography and learn new techniques of digital manipulation, stretching the boundaries of what is traditionally thought of as art.

Cat is currently a member of the Orlando Visual Artists League.
